Even if it still has big problems with bringing on the market the very thin version of Galaxy Tab 10.1, Samsung has given the media a press release proudly announcing that it reached 10 million Galaxy I9100 GT-S II smartphones sold globally.
iPhone 4 has sold 20 million copies in the last three months, more than a year after launch, but still let us not be mischievous.
With only 8.49 millimeters thick, a dual core over 1 GHz and an AMOLED screen, Galaxy II was released in late April this year. In late July, selling 5 million copies and now, two months later that figure has doubled reaching 10 million.
Although not a major success in the United States, GT-I9100 is a pretty big success in Europe.
